TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The daily cost includes: Room, housekeeping, change of linen and towels, water, electricity and gas.
Linen and towel change is cared for twice a week.
Payment: 30% deposit at time of booking and the balance is payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION: The entire cost is refunded if cancellation is made 50 days prior arrival (excluding postal or banking cost if applicable); 50% is refunded if cancellation is made between 40 and 30 days prior arrival; No refund is made if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior arrival.
